スクワット squat 　　小顔エステも出来る西宮のヘアサロン

こんにちわ！Hello,Everyone.

 

今日は英語でも書いてみました。せっかくネットを使うなら、もっと知ってほしい。（自分ももっと練習したい）The reason I am starting to write this blog in English is because i would like you to know our salon and myself, since I have studied and kept updating this blog, although it is also because i want to practice English more.

 

文法間違ってるかもしれないけど。時間もかかるけど。I might use wrong sentence and grammar and it takes long time.

 

でもチャレンジできるときはしたい。飽き性なもんで笑 But it is my challenge and chance!!! ….until I get bored. haha

 

お手柔らかに見てもらえると嬉しいです。Please don’t go too hard on my English.

 

むしろ間違い指摘してもらえると嬉しいな。笑  Or rather, please tell me if I make mistakes in here.

 

 

 

 

 

今日の美容に関係することは、、、、Today, beauty topic is

 

身体を鍛える  WORK OUT

 

鍛えるといっても、ジムにも行かない私ですが、体重がやばいことになってきたので、ながら筋トレ、頑張ろうと思います。I haven’t been a Gym even though I will work out. However, since I gained weight too much, I am going to work out in daily life.

 

 

まず太もも！ At first, my thighs!!

 

元ライザップ社員に教えてもらったやり方でスクワット！！I will do the way which my friends trained me. They worked in RIZAP before.(This is famous private Gym in Japan)

 

 

次に腰（くびれ）！！ At second, my waist line!!

 

ワンピースのナミを見たら、すごいクビレやったので意識しようと思いました。笑

I watched Nami in ONE PIECE, this is Japanese animation. She has beautiful curves. That is the reason why I try to get the curve. haha

 

 

 

はぁ、、英語で書くの長くなった。。。笑  It took long time to write in English.

英語は時間あるときだけになりそうですね。笑 It would be only if i have a long free time. haha

日本語であげても、できるだけ頑張って翻訳していく!あそこには負けへん!! If I update blog only in Japanese, I will translate it later when I can do it. I am a little competitive.

筋トレも、エステサロンの痩身マッサージには惹かれてますが、できるだけ自力で頑張ろうと思います。I’m interested slimming trearment menu in spa. But I will try to work out by myself.
